all the movies of rocky motivated me to exercise very day at the ymca in my neighborhood i used to weigh 215 now my weight is 250 i have a little bit of fat so i can build that into muscle

Yeah I do photoshop often so I know what is fake…I can tell that those photos are manipulated. What would really make me believe it is if they actually filmed themselves before and then after…rather than a picture. I think the people really should do that. It would sell a lot more fitness tapes.

well… ive played baseball 9 years, ive always been pretty slim and athletic, and im always looking for new ways to keep it up, and this does look like it would work. Sure maybe not in the 10 mineuts a day range. But you dont need vitamins and spulements, as long as you eat better and do this you will see results.

I’ll bet it won’t work…you might loose a bit of weight in a year or so, unless you do it 10 times a day and use vitamins and supplements. & alwase do sit ups, no matter what!
