I had a c-section and started exercising within 2 weeks afterwards. After a couple of days my body was sooo sore, and i had a relapse. I would not recommend doing any hardcore exercises like this as your body needs time to heal. even though you feel and look good on the outside the tissues on the inside need to heal.
