Remember that.

My wrestling coach makes our hs team do this the first time we did it it was 30 sec each station it was so hard now were at
2:00 each station its freaking crazy but it helps so much I could go an entire wrestling match and not really tired
so i can push myself to the limit each period but this workout is tiring as hell

Definitely man, sometimes i’ve felt it but it never comes up.
Which is a good thing because i hate puking.

yeh ure probably correct, my friend however trains till he pukes, i dont really see how, ive pushed myself to my absolute limits, such taht i jsut cannot move, but never have i reached the pking stage, although i have felt it, either way it is unnecessary, but some people are just liable to puke from conitioning easier than others, its just a matter of how your body is built up…

I’ve gone til i couldn’t move, but never til i puked. I don’t think i physically can puke from conditioning.
