I have one friend who died from Hep c, and another friend fighting with it now. I have e-mailed all four segments to him. I hope it helps his suffering to be minimised. Thank you so much for sharing this with the world.

excelent teacher 1 2 3 segment is all you need for right now to practice. I been doing these exterice for about a year now along with some tai chi and I can feel my chi, I got along way to go, I’M glad I got stated thanks for posting this, can you put more? I FEEL i READY FOR MOME!
