Holidays are over. Here is a routine for everybody to get you into shape. I’ve used beginners poses so everybody can have a go at it, just do as much as feels right to your body. Bring in the plank sequence if you want to work more on your core and arm strength. Good luck!!

I agree with other users, it’s not entirely for beginners! You need to be familiar with yoga moves to be able to keep up.

good video but for an absolute beginner its too fast from one pose to another and doesnt explain enough about how im doing the pose, i want to do more yoga but felt uncomfortable through this and im sure its cos i wasnt doing the poses right! hoping ill get more flexible in time !!

i have remembered a lot of positions to try in my workout routine like the triangle. i love the healthy stretched out feeling i get when i practice.
