I tried to do this exercise along with her, but my boner threw my core all off and screwed my back up worse. Is it me or did anyone else have to watch this 4 times before I realized the bitch had a head? I only seen nips the first 3 times I watched it, I kept wondering where the hell the voice kept coming from?

Thank you so much. You have no idea how much this helped. I have issues with sciatica nerve, and when i pinched it last year I was in excrutiating pain, forever discouraging me from going back to gym. But its a vicious circle, if i dont go it hurts and if i do it still hurts. But it doesnt have to! Thank you
