I would do 12 to 15 reps and three sets… Once that starts getting easy then you can add some extra resistance like ankle weights to your feet or be rsting a weight plate across your chest.

I was messing around and found this out on my own. I didn’t know I was doing them right. Coolio. To add a little extra, try to not touching the ground with your hands. Helps build a better sense of balance.
