oh yes, well depends what you want? I personally dont waste time doing specific things like they show but working out my face like i would my body, if i want nice arms i dont do spesific weights, I do them all so it looks even and nice, and for my face i work it all out.
the nicest thing I have noticed is not only that it evens it out (both sides made the same) but the skin is so much softer and nicer, and if feels good when your skull actually “pops” in place from it… takes alot for that.

I was looking for some eye puffiness remedy and this exercise Ms. Maggio demonstrates makes a difference fairly quickly. I was impressed anyway.
What these exercises do, I’m sure, is just make a person look the best they can be at their own age. Wholesome organics and keeping fit is going to add to the whole picture, along with not feeling sad.
