Yall are dumb. If you do this exercise properly, it will help you! It’s a quick way to work out so many muscles, especially for those who don’t have time to work out or any equipment. And 4 foot long is a good size, if you can’t stretch them that long…you’re not doing any work. The whole point it to have some pressure.
