Will i get the same effect if i do 3 sets of each exercise and then move to the next ? or is it better to do it in circuits? I have never done circuits before i always make 20 reps in 3 sets

I want so badly to have the perfect body, but It doesn’t seem possible for me! So whenever I exercise I end up bursting into tears.
I’m 154 lbs and 15 years old!
And I find this workout incredibly frustrating! I cant breathe and keep my abs tight at the same time!
Any help on getting fitter? or on breathing as well as doing this circuit?

oh gosh, i have to say, i’ve been doing most of these workouts already, but i didnt feel the burn till i did while watching this video. I guess i’ve been either breathing incorrectly, or doing something wrong because i’ve felt the burn. and it sure felt good. THANKS ALOT <3
