@SuperNoypii – you need to eat right. That is the key. Have a look at the nutrition video on bazblog. Then you need to do some quite heavy weights to get a really good build. You will gain weight but more lean muscle. Baz

@janeko50 – I have found that I work the smaller side heavier then the other side until they match. That is the best way I have found. I hope that will help you get your results. Baz

@Hockeyvalley – It is so difficult for someone to advise how much weight you should use. You really need to work that out for yourself. Go light and lots of reps. Use which ever weight will allow you to do that. Thanks for subscribing and thanks you very much for the compliments. Baz

@Hockeyvalley – you can do some light bench press 5 sets with higer reps like 12/15 reps combined with the push ups and that should be more than enough for the time being. Baz

@Hockeyvalley – I think it is good to always rest a muscle when you give it a hard workout. At 15 you would be a bit better off doing lighter weights with higher reps. In a year or so your bone ends will have matured and you can really push the heavier weights. Good luck with your training and if you need more help let me know. Baz
