Originally reported by John Carney over at the Business Insider website, Citigroup is sending the following information to customers along with their bank statements. Effective April 1, 2010, we reserve the right to require (7) days advance notice before permitting a withdrawal from all checking accounts. While we do not currently exercise this right and have not exercised it in the past, we are required by law to notify you of this change. An almost identical advisory to the one being sent out can be read on page 22 of Citbanks Client Manual effective January 1, 2010, which can be read here from Citibanks own website. We reserve the right to require seven (7) days advance notice before permitting a withdrawal from all checking, savings and money market accounts. We currently do not exercise this right and have not exercised it in the past, states the manual. According to the Future of Capitalism blog, Citigroup originally claimed that the warning was only sent nationwide as a result of a mistake, but that the measures do apply to …

No, I do understand your point and I too am very unhappy with americas health care system, but I think it would be the wrong move for our country to have public health care. One of the reasons is that we can’t afford it.

You missed my point. Public health care is less expensive than private one. Private health care wastes money because the doctors and patients both consider it fine to use the insurance companies’ money. They do unnecessary procedures, use unnecessary and more expensive drugs and so on. And in the very end it is always the people who pay these insurances.
Besides, I think it is irresponsible not to give people treatments they need.

Free Gary Mckinnon
Gary Mckinnon hacked into NASA looking for evidence of ZPE (Zero Point Energy) and UFO coverups.
Currently, he is being extradited to the US for hacking into NASA and seeing files they photoshop so we don’t see the alien crafts.
During his hacking adventures, he saw spreadsheets called “Non Terrestrial Officers” with names and military ranks.

It would be very irresponsible for our country to implement public health care. We are already swimming in massive debt and public health care would only bring us around to an economic collapse quicker.

No moron, (by the way, I think you mean ‘you’re’ lol). I agree that since US has gone against Capitalism, it is much harder for people to ‘make it’, but if you work hard you can. 99% of losers are that way because it is down to them, fact.

@ShenSpectre
I live in a country with public health care. Mind explain what freedoms we gave up, as you seem to have an opinion there.
Among the OECD countries the United States has the most expensive health care system, no matter if you count it per capita or per GDP. And you still have the higest amount of people outside of regular health care. Think of it. All the other OECD countries have a public health care system.

The tranquility of having a decent medical care. Not that we do what we said Alex jones. The pope. or rasputin. Let’s do it for the good of all read health reforms. Give us the original text. Our politicians liars. for a few dollars are going to lie so that we read the text of the proposal and recommend changes all

A person with cancer. A sick child. Or that the government orders that have to save lives. It really is that bad. I invite you to read the proposals that Congress must approve. And we see the scope of this Act. Because if we get rid of excessive health care payments. and so we pay something real to everyone

@ShenSpectre and I agree that we need to stop hypocrisies. Let’s make things right. It dies the same number of children in Honduras at birth in the united states of america. We are working retirees to buy drugs. and many of them. caring for orphaned children of the son who died of cancer. is an insult to God. Besides widows mourn their dead husbands have to work to care for their children. Where is the generosity, where is the kindness. We are truly the best country in the world.

Hey by chance do not work in any hospital or laboratory. Or maybe sell insurance. I mean to be so sure. that we will have to impose rules. you must be really well informed. but if I read it. I have university education. I say you can not tell what you’re talking about. And if you want to be free from the oppression of insurers. that harms the people. that do not cover the needs of Americans. Then it’s time to change and if you save one life has only one life more.

@ShenSpectre Yes you sure about what you say. So because you’re afraid. Have you read the reports that already have global universal health insurance. England or France. What you’re saying is a lie. Ask the slaves and the interests of a new world order. They want to be richer when you get sick and do not spend money. just less rich more money all the world order. and if we already pressuring Obama to do so now for us to review the information of Congress. and not say stupid things by ignorant

@roforio83 That doesn’t mean National Health Care is the answer, in fact it would be worse. The government would be able to decide you don’t need treatment if its not cost effective for them. If you not important enough, then your rights to certain procedures would be massively limited. Regulation of doctors and hospitals charges and fees is one thing, but to let the government outright take over health care in any country is just giving up your freedoms needlessly, your being foolish.
