@ravi00090 4 excercices ,30 secs each excercise with no rest in between, then you take a 1 min rest and do the same 2 more times…I personally do 4 rounds or 3 rounds 1 min each excercise

@andrea756307 I am not able to properly understand this routine. I mean I understood the part of 30 seconds work with 30 seconds rest and this entire plan totals 4 minutes but then he tells us to do 3 rounds of it. Sorry but I am not immediately able to get on a second round after first. If not continuously, then at what time intervals should the other rounds be done?

@BabyLeoBaby yeah, it´s true!!! it works like magic because 30 minutes of training 5 days a week is all you need to get fit (don´t forget to add strength trainig, though)…I´ve been on a 2 month vacation and going back home next week, haven’t trained all this time and I´ve gained almost 4 pounds, but as soon as I get home I´m gonna get back on track!! good luck!!

i do a routine kina similar to this.. 20 seconds of high kicks, push-ups, mountain climbers, flutter kicks and 2 static holds with no rest in between exercises. i was wondering if i should replace my 2 static holds with something else.

@shababsta I was 187lb and completely unfit…when I started to workout I did mostly this routine and it worked perfectly. As I became fitter I had to add more intensity to my workouts and now I do HIIT and strenght training and since september I´ve lost almost 38 lb…and I don’t diet, I just cut down the grams of sugar I consume each day

If I do this then go out and jogg, is that okay, Or is it better to do it other way around, or doesn’t it matter.
Basically is it okay to do first higher intense workout and after doing lower intense training?

@rejected1000 burpees??? if u did burpees alone you would lose ALOT of fat and get ripped, the weakest exercise is the jumping jacks

I mean hey blrrosenberg, at least he was only two off compared to your masterful calculation of 2×3=10 where you are four off…

2×3=6?

okay so the video is called 4 minute cardio…
and then he says the full rotation takes about 2 minutes and to do it 3 times which is about 10 minutes….
so 2 x 3 = 10 = 4?
