Thank you for the presentation. I just bought a exercise ball, but wasn’t sure how to do the proper technique. Gives me a positive outlook on how to shrink down my trouble areas.

Groan…
Who cares? The point is that excercise is FREE, people can go for morning walks, or bust out their dusty sports equipment…

I agree you are ignorant. People do know that diet and exercise comes first in order to loose weight. But it does not hurt to use the ball for posture and help core muscles, dumb dumb.

You’re kidding right?
In the times we live in now, we don’t need to be spending $30 on plastic/rubber balls…period.
These foreign things called DIET and EXCERCISE seem to be the only consistent means of health and weight-loss…duh
I’m not ignorant or prejudice, I’m just a tightwad

Your comment is as ignorant as it is hostile. If you think that a stability ball is a children’s toy you are narrow-minded. The SB is just another useful gym tool that can be incorporated into a workout routine. Use it, or don’t. But putting it down just shows your ignorance and your prejudice. “Overweight ppl” (sic) was never mentioned in this video.
