If you require calcium – and what woman over a certain age doesn’t – this one is great. You’ll need 4 per day (two in am and 2 in pm) but they taste great, easy to chew and easy to digest. I had stomach surgery, so getting enough calcium & vitamins is doubly important and VitaFusion takes care of everything.

I wouldn’t call the Calcium gummy vitamins gummy either. They are like very soft chews. The first ingredient is glucose syrup, but hey, it never said there wasn’t sugar. So, I’ll continue to buy these. Next I’ll have to figure out which gummy multivitamin I like. I didn’t like the One A Day vitacraves… too hard.

This is my third time purchasing Vitafusion Gummy vitamins for adults. As I mentioned in a previous review, most vitamins gave me an upset stomach, but I have had no stomach problems with any of the vitafusion products. I now take 4 different types of gummy vitamins, including the calcium. They are easy to take, and taste good too.

My toddler would run around naked all day if I didn’t have these bad boys in my arsenal. Now all I have to do is ask ‘are you ready to get dressed and eat your vitamins?’ and she runs her little nudie butt straight to her room! It’s a beautiful thing. The label says these are adult vitamins, but 500mg of calcium is the current RDA for toddlers and newer studies (Google it) seem to prefer a higher RDA of vitamin D for kids as well. Bribe away! It’s good for them!

Too much sugar — not suggested for those who need to be on a low carb/low sugar diet.
