These are so versitile that you have alot of use for them. You can adjust the weights to the weight you can tollerate, and build yourself up. I would recommend these to anyone.

These ankle weights are 2.5lbs per leg. Not 5lb per leg. I loved using these the first week. After that I got too used to them and it was like wearing nothing at all. So I started wearing the 10lb ankle weights, which is 5lb per leg.
I bought these because I wanted to add a little more into my routine, but don’t really have the time to add. I can wear these all day long and I am in the hopes that it helps some. I walk alot, especially at work, so I figured these my give me a little more oomph as opposed to doing nothing extra at all. The first few days that I wore them I felt a slight soreness in the backs of my thighs.. the kind of feeling you get after working out. I thought they were supposed to work on your calves, but I didn’t feel anything there. That is ok in my book though because my thighs are what needs the most work lol! They fit me comfortably. I literally wore them all day long. From the time I woke up, until I went to bed and I never had any soreness or irritation from the weights themselves. I am not sure how other people are wearing them that they are uncomfortable or cause pain. I didn’t experience any of that. The velcro is strong and stay put. They don’t pop open or get caught on anything either. They seem very well made. I don’t expect them to fall apart or “wear out”
I have bumped up to the 5lb per leg ankle weights (made by this same brand) and they fit great/comfortably too.

These ankle weights are great. I like that you can remove some weights, and make it anywhere between 1 1/2 lbs to 5 lbs depending on what you need. They are high quality and are just what I needed. Very affordable.

Not bad, I suppose, but I was hoping to be able to wear them above boots, and their sizing range only barely allows them to fit around an average male ankle, so a low-calf position is right out.
