This stuff worked frig’n awesome for me. First time I took it, it reduced my running time for a mile by like 2 minutes and I was able to run an additional 5 after that. Been using it a few months now and it’s still treating me good. Gives additional energy and focus, enough so that even on the worst of morning I but have to get myself to drive to the gym and drink the stuff and I’m eager to get exercising. Not only that, I’d swear my muscles look larger/more defined simply by drinking the stuff. People’s body’s are different though so it might not be as great for you. None the less, I’d suggest give it a go, definitely. It’s not that expensive so if it doesn’t work out for you it’s no terrible loss. Tastes pretty good too, reminds me of the Flintstones vitamins of my youth…
*IMPORTANT POINT* this stuff fizzes when you mix it so don’t shake it or you’ll end up blowing the lid off your container and getting the stuff all over you. (learned that the hard way) That and it losses allot of potency when shook. (don’t ask me how, not quite sure) Stick to stirring and you’ll be fine.

The taste is not bad. The results are awsome. Gives you energy without the jittery feeling some pre workout products produce. Lets you down easy so you don’t even notice your workout is done. Plenty of energy after I leave the gym.
Mix this product and let the bubbles settle to prevent gas.

Wow! This stuff jacks my energy level through the roof ! One scoop mixed with water is all it takes. I ride to the gym and by the time I get there, I am an animal unleashed. I have read mixed reviews on No2 upregulating products and side effects, but I have experienced none other than the time i took 2 scoops and had heart palpitations. You have to drink at least 2 quarts of water a day when you use this. I go to the bathroom alot. This stuff will turn you into a snarling, sweating beast. Look out!!!

One of my best friends who has become a personal trainer over the years had me use this before I worked out with him and totally worked me and some friends out with his training program. This stuff works great! It really pumps you up and has you workout to an extent you never felt you could. I enjoy the blue raspberry flavor its drinkable and quite tasty. It helps push my workout far and the results are showing. You only have to use this on workout days, and it helps you work out harder. It will expand your capability in the long run too, I notice I can do more sets of pushups, I used to only do 3×20, maximum. Now I do 5×20-7×20 pushups as well as other excercises. I am quite small in frame I am 140 lbs and 5’8” and would reccomend this to anyone

Pros:
1.) Tastes great. I’ve only had the Orange Burst, but it is by far the best tasting supplement I’ve used. Better than any protein or pre/post workout supplement. Mixes well with water, taste even better with a little ice. One of only two supplements I look forward to drinking.
2.) Hits hard and fast. You’ll feel the effects within 10 to 15 minutes.
3.) Great pump. Muscles felt full. I didn’t get sore from lighting. Instead, my muscles got tight.
4.) Great energy and stamina. I found myself doing more reps, for more sets. Better yet, when I was done with a particular muscle group of lift, I could move back and do something I’d done earlier in my session.
5.) Value. There’s 45 or 50 servings in this container, so it’ll last you a while.
6.) No jitter. I work out with my wife at night. Usually after 8pm. The first time I took this (around 7:30pm), I couldn’t sleep. Two days later, and I was able to calm down easily after my workout without any crash. It has a decent amount of caffeine in it but not enough to cause eye jitter.
Cons:
1.) Like many products, you need to cycle on and off. I unfortunately found myself becoming resistant to this product very quickly. And after 3 weeks found that I wasn’t getting any effect. I took it for an additional week, and have been off it now for a little over a week and a half. I’m going to take another pre-workout supplement for the next month, then move back to the Black Powder.
2.) The fizz. I blend all my drinks with a Magic Bullet (about the best invention ever, and a supplement taker’s best friend). I generally blend this or sometimes funnel it into a water bottle and shake it up (it blends great either way). Make sure you leave plenty of room in the bottle either way. I blew a rubber gasket on my magic bullet and once caused a water bottle to bulge just shy of exploding. Not a big issue, but I found that when I took this then did core exercises that extra gas would come back to haunt me. Definitely a lot of burping it back up. Not bad with other lifts but anything with the stomach and you better love the flavor you choose.
I’ll be using this product again and would give it five stars if it weren’t for the rather steep decline in effectiveness.
