I purchased this back massager from a store. You could sit on it and test it out before you buy. I loved it! It felt great! It hit all the sore spots i had. I took it home and set it up, was very simple. I used for 1/2 hour. It did automatically shut off after 15 min. as not to overheat.
My back has been so sore for 4 days now. I mean very sore. I do not wish to ever use again. I am returning to store today. Maybe i did overuse it but at the time it feels so good that you do not realize you are over doing it.

When I opened the box, I noticed a very strong smell — something like a brand new, cheap plastic shower curtain. There was even a note that said this smell would go away after a day. So, I let it air out on the patio for several days. Still smells that way. Not pleasant. The smell gets on your clothes when you use the massager.
Other than that, the product works as expected.

i returned item as heat function on shoulder massage was not working. Rhe product was probably used and returned previously as it appeared marked and the removable screw head was nicked/scratched. still have not received refund on my credit card.
