This was a great purchase as its cheaper here on Amazon than on the actual Biggest Loser website.
I recommend using this alone in your shake as the flavor is a very strong raspberry flavor. I first tried this in my fruit smoothie and the raspberry overpowered all the other flavors of my smoothie which to me was a little dissapointing. I love the taste of my smoothies and being able to taste the different flavors is just part of the benefit so I will not mix this into my smoothie unless I want the raspberry taste.
I simply add this mix to milk and/or yogurt and use it that way..great flavor don’t get me wrong and very easy to drink..very YUMMY!! I also have a hemp protein mix from a different online store but it leaves my smoothies/shakes with that fiber taste..so this is a nice mix as it blends well.
Have not tried any other flavors. I wanted to try vanilla but at the time I ordered it was sold out so maybe that would be better to add into a fruit smoothie without have too strong of a taste/flavor??

This protein shake is terrible. It taste watered down. The serving size is one scoop mixed with only 5 ounces of water. I would not buy this product again.

I purchased the blueberry raspberry and vanilla flavors. I used it for a few days and broke out in large red welts all over. I put the raspberry and blueberry in my tea and it tasted very good. It mixes well with water and has a good flavor but, when I started using this I stopped losing weight on the diet I was on. It made me come to a screeching halt. So I discontinued it after a few days, I was so broken out. I know it was from this, because it was the only thing that was different in my routine and everything went back to normal afterwards. It was horrible but I love the biggest loser though.
