This is the best vitamin D product that I have found! The softgels appear to work better than pills. And the bonus is that 360 tablets of 2000 IU is equivalent to a year’s supply for less than $20.00. How inexpensive can it get. How about buying several bottles and give them to your family and friends who are not getting enough vitamin D every day. Google vitamin D and find out what we have been missing by avoiding the sun. At least now we can get it in a pill until there is enough research to determine a better way to get vitamin D, the “Sunsine” vitamin.

This is especially important if you have dark skin since the darker your skin is, the more time you have to spend in the sun to produce vitamin D naturally. I have very light skin but I work all day so I don’t get much time in the sun
