Wow. We got this from Amazon today and after about an hour cursing at the stupid screws, we finally got it all assembled except for one of the screws that cross-threaded and simply wouldn’t work. Also, there doesn’t appear to be a plug for the air valve in the ball thing. So, we picked up the base to move it from the living room to the family room, where I wanted to keep it, and the handles are wobbling all over the place. I stood in the center of the base (without the ball thing on it) and held on and the handles rattled and felt like they are going to fall off. We are going to send this back.

Just got this product yesterday and assembled it very easily in under an hour. I was impressed with the value of the product. First off, it came with a full sized bosu trainer ball, normally that alone is over 100 dollars. The 3D system that accompanied was very sturdy and a lot more substantial than I had expected, and the resistance bands were also of high quality. Although I haven’t used the product much yet, I know it will work out great, as I have used similar products at my gym. For the price, this is a fantastic value.

Not being the athletic type I bought this one to improve my balance and flexibility. Love that it has the handle for support and hope to get to a point soon that I can do some of the exercises without holding on. Have been using the video for the warm up exercise. Not sure if I’ll ever get to the advanced stage but figure if I even do the basic exercises of stepping on and off and bouncing around on it it will help me greatly with my balance.
I realize some people had problems setting it up. I was lucky that my husband is very handy, not sure if I could have done it by myself, having no patience putting things together.

I FELT COMPELLED TO WRITE A REVIEW BECAUSE I THINK YOU ARE MISSING OUT BIG TIME IF YOU PASS ON THIS PIECE OF EQUIPMENT BECAUSE A FEW PEOPLE WROTE IN THAT THEY COULDN’T PUT IT TOGETHER. 1′M A 39 YEAR OLD WOMAN, AND I HAD NO TROUBLE PUTTING IT TOGETHER AT ALL. IT’S NOT FLIMSY & IT’S STILL IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN I BOUGHT IT 6 MONTHS AGO. THE BOSU INFLATES PERFECTLY WITH THE PUMP THAT’S PROVIDED. IT’S EXTREMELY WORTH THE PRICE! I LOVE IT BECAUSE I HAVE MAJOR BACK PROBLEMS AND THE EXERCISES ARE LOW IMPACT AND EASY ON MY JOINTS. PLUS THERE ARE SO MANY DIFFERENT EXERCISES TO DO! IT COMES WITH DVD’S AND THEY ARE GREAT. THEY ARE GREAT WORK OUTS. WHAT’S ALSO NICE IS IT DOESN’T TAKE UP A LOT OF SPACE AND IT DOESN’T REQUIRE POWER AND DOESN’T MAKE A LOT OF NOISE WHEN I USE IT.
