Have always loved Asics running shoes and continue to love them with these new Gel-Kayano. Takes a little bit to break them in but once you do you will love running 5 and 10K races with them.

These shoes are all I’ve been wearing for the past few years. I wear .5 size up from my normal size but they fit great and have lots of support. I have damaged my knees from years of track and these shoes allow me to keep running without any pain. My fitness instructor is also a fan and uses only these shoes – I would trust her opinion on anything she is so athletic!

The shoe ran a 1/2 size too big for me (and I had the previous Kayano 14 to help size me). Otherwise, great shoes.
