I train BJJ and these have to be the best knee pads/sleeves i have ever used. The thin gel padding is by far well sufficeint to handle my 240 pound frame shooting. The support is good and these pads dont even slip after HOURS of training. Well worth my money!
BTW i had to buy these due to poping both of my knee out. Not more 6-10 week rehap and recovery time for me.

I do a lot of aikido, jujutsu and wrestling techniques and my knees had been killing me whenever I knelt down (obviously a lot of kneeling). After putting these on I don’t feel a thing, I can get down on the ground (mat or hardwood floor) without even thinking about it.
This is a great product, somethings I would change on them though:
- better quality stitching (I already have a couple of strands coming off from the seams)
- breathing holes, since this is almost all neoprene or some artificial material it gets really hot really fast (a couple of holes along the sides) to let some air in would be nice.
All in all I recommended this product.
