I tried these after the good reviews, and a recommendation from someone at my local gym. I wouldn’t recommend this. Its no different from the 10 dollar 100 pack of vitamins you can buy at Kroger. I guarantee you the same results; bright orange urine, because most of the ingredients aren’t absorbed by our bodies, thus exiting our bodies as waste.

Without enough nutrients, protein synthesis can grind to a near halt, this vitamin pack is your insurance against that.
Not for everyone. just for those who train with high intensity or high volume (or both).
There is some concern that urine color indicates nutrient loss, after particularly arduous training I only experience slight discoloration vs. rest days. It makes sense that after a high amount of nutrient depletion, I would need more nutrients.
There are digestive enzymes included to help with increased protein utilization as well.
NOTE: these vitamins have an incredibly pungent odor (due to their high B-vitamin content), and one “pak” contains 11 tablets that are meant to be taken together.

I came across Animal Pak while searching for a cheaper and more effective alternative to GNC’s Sport packs. Animal Paks work great. I notice more energy throughout the day
and recover a littler quicker than before. I only wish I has come across this product sooner.
